Who is responsible

ABC Translation (Cyprus branch) is responsible for the processing of personal data collected through this website. Contact: info@abc-office.eu, +33 9 70 44 01 21.

What we collect

When you send a request, we receive the data you enter (name, email address, optional phone number, your message, your area) and any documents you upload. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on this website.

Why we process it

We use this data only to answer your request, prepare a quote and, if you place an order, to deliver the service. The legal basis is the steps taken at your request before entering into a contract and the performance of that contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), as well as your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Who receives it

Requests are delivered by email through Google Workspace (Google). The website is hosted by Infomaniak Network SA in Switzerland, a country recognised by the European Commission as providing adequate data protection. Documents are shared only with the translators or offices working on your order.

How long we keep it

Requests that do not lead to an order are deleted within 12 months. Order documents are kept for as long as needed to provide the service and to comply with our legal obligations.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability and to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights, write to info@abc-office.eu. You can also lodge a complaint with the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus.
